Friday mornings at 6.30am - 7.45am (GMT) on Zoom
In February I will be teaching a 4-part series on ‘Strong, Steady and Grounded’.
You can interact as much or as little as you wish online, or catch up in your own time with the recording. Classes are available to all abilities.
It’s about regulating your emotions, supporting your growth, and lifting your mood.
In-person, online and 1:1 classes
Movement and breath are key for emotional regulation and can help shift anxiety, low mood, and addictive patterns of behaviour.
Yoga has made a profound difference to my own journey, so much so that I trained as a Kundalini Global teacher with founder Carolyn Cowan in order to share it with others.
This method of yoga works with the stress system and helps us feel less anxious and contracted. We quickly experience how movement and breath can change how we feel and we learn to shift easily between energised and motivated; or open-hearted and receptive; or quiet and still.
It is an inclusive, safe and accessible form of yoga that’s unattached to any specific religious or spiritual practice. Everyone is welcome, and all levels and needs are accommodated.
I create an open warm-hearted space where you can feel comfortable to be creative, explorative or simply soak up the opportunity for some rest.
I am fully insured and accredited by the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
