What do we mean by balanced blood sugar levels?
When quitting an addictive substance or behaviour, keeping your blood sugar levels balanced will make everything a whole lot easier by helping to reduce cravings.
This includes cravings for sugar which often kick in once we’ve quit alcohol, nicotine or other substances.
